摘要

为缓解稀土资源紧缺的现状,提出一种利用电沉积从废弃的流化催化裂化(Fluid Catalytic Cracking,FCC)催化剂的浸出液中回收稀土元素的方法。结果表明,该方法可有效抑制杂质铝对稀土回收的影响,回收所得混合稀土纯度可达96.57%,总的稀土回收率为85.39%。通过添加络合剂氨基乙酸可以促使稀土离子沉积时的电位正向移动,杂质铝沉积电位负向移动,增大两者的电位差,实现稀土与非稀土元素的有效分离。同时阐明了稀土回收的电沉积机理。

Abstract

In order to alleviate the tight supply of rare earth resources,a method is proposed to recover rare earth elements from the leachate of spent fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) catalysts by electrodeposition method.It is indicated that this method can effectively suppress the influence of aluminum impurity on the recovery of rare earth.The purity of the recovered mixed rare earth can reach 96.57%,and the total rare earth recovery rate can reach 85.39%.Results show that the addition of glycine complexing agent can promote the positive potential shift of rare earth ion deposition,and the negative potential of the aluminum deposition potential,increasing the difference between two depositing potentials,and realizing effective separation between rare earth and non-rare earth elements.Electrodeposition mechanism in rare earth recovery is described.
