摘要
采用水热合成法于不同晶化温度制备SBA-15载体,并用浸渍法制备铯负载型催化剂,通过XRD、N2吸附-脱附、ATR-FTIR和NH3/CO2-TPD等手段对载体和催化剂的结构和性能进行表征。结果表明,晶化温度为373 K时,载体具有较致密的孔壁结构和合适的比表面积,使催化剂含有较多的碱位数量及合适的孔径,进而展示出较优的催化性能。当反应温度为663 K、空速为20 mL/[h·g (cat)]、n(乙酸乙酯):n(甲醛)=2.5:1时,丙烯酸乙酯和丙烯酸的总收率为67%,总空时收率为69.2 h-1。
Abstract
SBA-15 supports are prepared by hydrothermal method at different crystallization temperatures,and used to fabricate cesium-supported catalysts through impregnation method.The structure and acid-base properties of the supports and the catalysts are characterized by XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption,ATR-FTIR and NH3/CO2-TPD.As the crystallization temperature remains at 373 K,the prepared SBA-15 support has denser silica wall structure and proper specific surface area,which makes the catalysts have more basic sites and proper pore diameter,exhibiting a better catalytic performance.Total yield of main products reaches 67% and the correlating summed space-time yield reaches 69.2 h-1 when reaction temperature remains at 663 K,space velocity is 20 mL/(h·g-1(cat)),and n(ethyl acetate)∶n(formaldehyde)=2.5∶1.
