摘要
以中海油自产石蜡基及环烷基润滑油基础油为原料,采用某市售贵金属加氢精制催化剂,开展了通过加氢精制及调合工艺制备食品级白油、聚苯乙烯(PS)专用白油产品的可行性研究。结果表明,分别以250N、500N为原料,在氢分压15.0 MPa、反应温度200℃、空速1.0 h-1、氢油体积比500:1的条件下,可得到关键指标合格的3#、4#食品级白油;以10#环烷基基础油为原料,在氢分压15.0 MPa、反应温度240℃、体积空速0.5 h-1、氢油体积比500:1的条件下,得到的4#精制白油5%蒸馏点碳数较小,无法作为4#食品级白油使用;PS白油适宜的3#石蜡基食品级白油与4#环烷基精制白油调合比例处于7/3~6/4之间,当调合比例为23/12时,可以得到各项性质均满足指标要求的PS白油产品。
Abstract
Using paraffin-derived lubricant base oil and naphthenic-derived lubricant base oil produced by CNOOC Limited as raw materials,and employing a commercial precious metal hydrofining catalyst,the feasibility study is performed on preparing food-grade white oil and polystyrene white oil products through hydrofining and blending processes.Results indicate that 3# and 4# food-grade white oil with qualified key indexes can be obtained when 250N and 500N paraffin-derived lubricant base oil are respectively used as raw materials,partial pressure of hydrogen is 15.0 MPa,reaction temperature is at 200℃,space velocity is 1.0 h-1,and the volume ratio of hydrogen to oil is 500:1.The 4# refined white oil product can be obtained when 10# naphthenic-derived lubricant base oil is used as raw material,partial pressure of hydrogen is 15.0 MPa,reaction temperature is at 240℃,space velocity is 0.5 h-1 and the volume ratio of hydrogen to oil is 500:1.However,the 4# refined white oil product cannot be used as 4# food-grade white oil because it has a small carbon number at 5% distillation point.As 3# paraffin-derived food-grade white oil is blended with 4# naphthenic-derived refined white oil at a ratio between 7/3-6/4,polystyrene white oil can be obtained.Furthermore,as the blending ratio is 23/12,polystyrene white oil with various properties meeting the indexes requirements can be obtained.
