摘要

以丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、十八烷基二甲基烯丙基氯化铵(ODAAC)和十八烷基甲基丙烯酸酯(SMA)为单体,通过水溶液聚合分别制备4种聚丙烯酰胺(PAM),通过红外对其结构、抗盐性能、热稳定性和流变性能进行表征及测试。结果表明,单体都参与了聚合反应。0.35%的五元PAM(AM+AA+AMPS+ODAAC+SMA)在80 000 μg/g矿化水和10%氯化钙溶液中的黏度分别达到78 mPa·s和60 mPa·s,证明ODAAC对PAM的抗盐起主要作用,与SMA在抗盐方面具有协同增效作用;同时ODAAC和SMA对PAM的热稳定性和耐温耐剪切性能都具有协同增效作用。

Abstract

Four kinds of polyacrylamide are respectively prepared through aqueous solution polymerization with acrylamide (AM),acrylic acid (AA),2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS),octadecyl dimethyl allylammonium chloride (ODAAC) and stearyl methacrylate (SMA) as monomers.Samples' structures,salt resistance,thermal stability and rheological properties are characterized and tested by IR.Results show that all monomers have participated in the polymerization.The viscosities of 0.35% polyacrylamide (AM+AA+AMPS+ODAAC+SMA)in 80 000 μg/g mineralized water and 10% CaCl2 solution reaches 78m Pas and 60 mPas,respectively,proving that ODAAC plays a major role in the salt resistance of the polyacrylamide,and has synergistic effect with SMA in salt resistance.In addition,both ODAAC and SMA have synergistic effects on the thermal stability,temperature resistance and shear resistance of polyacrylamide.
