摘要
以硫酸铜为铜源、沸石为载体、亚硫酸钠为还原剂,利用液相还原法制备Cu2O-沸石催化剂,利用Ag对其表面进行改性制得Ag-Cu2O-沸石光催化剂。通过XRD、BET对其进行结构表征,并进行单因素实验得到Ag-Cu2O-沸石处理甲基橙废水的最佳条件。结果表明,Ag-Cu2O-沸石光催化剂相比纯Cu2O光催化效果更佳;当甲基橙溶液初始质量浓度为30 mg/L、pH=7、Ag-Cu2O-沸石质量浓度为0.5 g/L时,反应90 min后对甲基橙和COD去除率分别达87.14%和73.84%。Ag-Cu2O-沸石复合材料在重复使用5次后,对甲基橙和COD的去除率分别达74.69%和61.44%。
Abstract
Cu2O-zeolite catalyst is prepared via liquid-phase reduction method with copper sulfate as copper source,zeolite as carrier and sodium sulfite as reducing agent.Ag-Cu2O-zeolite photocatalyst is prepared by using Ag to modify the surface of Cu2O-zeolite.The structure of Ag-Cu2O-zeolite photocatalyst is characterized by XRD and BET,and a single factor experiment is carried out to obtain the optimal conditions for the treatment of methyl orange wastewater by Ag-Cu2O-zeolite.Results show that Ag-Cu2O-zeolite has better photocatalytic effect than pure Cu2O.The removal rates of methyl orange concentration and COD reach 87.14% and 73.84% respectively after 90 min of reaction when the initial concentration of methyl orange solution is 30 mg·L-1,pH =7,and the dosage of Ag-Cu2O-zeolite is 0.5 g·L-1.The removal rates of methyl orange and COD by Ag-Cu2O-zeolite can still reach 74.69% and 61.44% respectively after 5 times of reuse.
