摘要

利用随机酯交换反应制备一系列改性蓖麻油,并研究其配方及用量对环氧树脂的增韧效果。通过扫描电镜、力学性能、热学性能测试发现,蓖麻油与大豆油按照100:35的质量比制备的改性蓖麻油对环氧树脂的增韧效果最佳,加入树脂质量10%的该改性蓖麻油,固化物的综合性能最优。固化物冲击强度提高80.3%,达到35.7 kJ/m2,拉伸强度为75.3 MPa,热失重温度为335.0℃,玻璃化转变温度为103.2℃。

Abstract

A series of modified castor oil is prepared by means of random transesterification reaction,and influences of its formulation and content on its toughening effect to epoxy resin is researched.It is found through scanning electron microscopy,mechanical property test and thermal property tests that the modified castor oil prepared by blending castor oil and soybean oil at a ratio of 100:35 has the best toughening effect on epoxy resin,and the cured epoxy resin will have the best comprehensive performance if the adding mass of such modified castor oil is 10% that of epoxy resin.The impact strength of cured epoxy resin increases by 80.3% to 35.7 kJ/m2,the tensile strength is 75.3 MPa,the weight loss temperature is 335.0℃,and the glass transition temperature is 103.2℃.
