摘要

利用共混交联法将马来酸酐(MAH)加入聚乙烯醇(PVA)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)混合溶液中制备PVA/PVP膜。考察了膜的组成、料液中水质量分数和温度对渗透汽化分离性能的影响。结果表明,在V(PVA):V(PVP)=8:2、水质量分数为3.9%的2-甲基四氢呋喃(2-MeTHF)溶液和最佳温度为68℃条件下,渗透通量和分离因子分别可达431.64 g/(m2·h)和272.96。PVA/PVP膜能有效分离2-MeTHF/水溶液。SEM、XRD、接触角、机械强度分析结果表明,交联后的PVA/PVP膜均匀致密,结晶度、水接触角明显降低,机械强度显著增强。

Abstract

PVA/PVP crosslinked blend membranes are prepared by adding directly maleic anhydride (MAH) into a mixed solution of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP).Effects of PVA content,PVP content,mass fraction of water in 2-MeTHF solution and operating temperature on membranes' pervaporation separation performance are studied.Results indicate that the permeation flux and separation factor of the membranes can reach 431.64 g/(m2·h) and 272.96,respectively when V(PVA):V(PVP)=8:2,2-MeTHF solution contains 3.9 wt% of water,and the optimal temperature is at 68℃.It is verified that the prepared PVA/PVP membranes can separate 2-MeTHF/water solution effectively.Analysis through SEM,XRD,contact angle and mechanical strength shows that the crosslinked PVA/PVP membranes are uniform and dense,with significantly reduced crystallinity and water contact angle,as well as significantly enhanced mechanical strength.
