摘要
采用简单的水热法制备了大比表面积的层状磷化钴镍/氮、硫双掺杂还原氧化石墨烯(NiCoP/NSRGO)复合催化剂。利用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪对所制备的催化剂微观形貌和结构进行表征;利用线性扫描伏安法、循环伏安法和电化学阻抗谱对催化剂进行电化学测试。结果表明,NiCoP/NSRGO复合催化剂具有良好的催化性能,在0.5 mol/L H2SO4溶液中,Tafel斜率仅为32 mV/dec;当电流密度为10 mA/cm2时,仅需要110 mV的过电位。
Abstract
A layered cobalt nickel phosphide/nitrogen and sulfur double-doped reduced graphene oxide (NiCoP/NSRGO) composite catalyst with large specific surface area is prepared by a simple hydrothermal method.Scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer are used to characterize the microstructure and structure of the prepared catalyst.Electrochemical testing mainly includes linear scanning voltammetry,cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.Electrochemical test results show that NiCoP/NSRGO composite catalyst has good catalytic performance.In a 0.5 M H2SO4 solution,its Tafel slope is 32 mV·dec-1 only.It needs only 110 mV of overpotential when the current density is 10 mA·cm-2.
