摘要
丙二烯磷酸选择加氢生成顺丙烯磷酸是化学合成磷霉素的关键步骤。在以水为溶剂的丙二烯磷酸选择加氢过程中,重点考察了自制的核壳催化剂与5%的Pd/C催化剂在重复利用、反应时间、反应温度、反应压力方面对反应的影响。在V(原料):V[溶剂(水)]=1:5、反应时间为8 h、反应温度为45℃、压力为0.4 MPa时,自制催化剂催化加氢反应具有最佳结果,丙二烯磷酸的选择性达69.95%,顺丙烯磷酸的收率达54.38%。
Abstract
Selective hydrogenation of propadienyl phosphonic acid to cis-1-propenyl phosphonic acid is a key step in the chemical synthesis of Fosfomycin.Comparison between self-made core-shell catalyst and 5% Pd/C catalyst in the selective hydrogenation of propadienyl phosphoric acid with water as solvent is studied.The effects of catalyst reuse,reaction time,temperature and pressure on the reaction are investigated.The self-made catalyst achieves the best catalytic hydrogenation effect,the selectivity of 1,2-propadienyl phosphonic acid reaches 69.95% and the yield of cis-1-propenyl phosphonic acid reaches 57.38% when the volumetric ratio of raw materials to water is 1:5,reaction temperature at 45℃,pressure at 0.4 MPa and the reaction lasts for 8 h.
