摘要

通过改变溶剂热反应的液体环境,探究了所制备超级电容器电极材料CuCo2S4的形貌、粒径以及作为电极材料的比容量。利用XRD、SEM等测试手段对所制备的活性材料CuCo2S4的形貌和粒径进行分析,利用循环伏安测试(CV)、恒电流充放电测试(GCD)和电化学阻抗(EIS)等测试手段对电极的电化学性能进行分析。结果表明,丙三醇溶剂环境比乙二醇溶剂环境所制备CuCo2S4的粒径更小、质量比容量更大,同时CuCo2S4颗粒粒径随着油浴保温时间延长而变大。在溶剂环境中加入丙三醇、油浴时间为10 h条件下制备的CuCo2S4电极材料具有最优的电化学性能,在电流密度为2 A/g时,质量比容量可达659 F/g。

Abstract

Morphology and particle size of CuCo2S4,and its specific capacitance as electrode material are investigated through changing the liquid environment of solvent thermal reaction.Morphology and particle size of the prepared CuCo2S4 are analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM),and the electrochemical performances are characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV),current charge and discharge test (GCD) and electrochemical impedance (EIS).It is indicated that CuCo2S4 prepared in a glycerol solvent environment has a smaller particle size and a larger specific capacitance than that prepared in an ethylene glycol solvent environment.The particle size of CuCo2S4 increases with the prolongation of oil bath time.CuCo2S4 that is prepared in a glycerol solvent environment for 10 h of oil bath holds the best electrochemical performances,it can achieve a specific capacitance of 659 F·g-1 at a current density of 2 A·g-1.
