摘要
通过沉积沉淀法制备出负载型CuO催化剂,并用于[3-(三乙氧基硅基)丙基]氨基甲酸乙酯催化热分解制备3-异氰酸酯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷。通过XRD、XPS和TEM等手段对负载型CuO进行一系列的表征。对催化剂的制备方法、煅烧温度、反应的裂解温度等进行了探索。结果表明,在以沉积沉淀法制备的负载型CuO催化剂中,煅烧温度为450℃,裂解温度为210℃。通过对CuO催化的固定床进行热分解,异氰酸酯基硅烷的产率达到98.9%,选择性达到99.2%。对催化剂进行稳定性测试表明,连续使用10次未出现明显失活。
Abstract
A supported CuO catalyst is prepared by the deposition precipitation method,and applied to the catalytic thermal decomposition of ethyl [3-(triethoxysilyl) propyl] carbamate to prepare 3-isocyanatepropyl triethoxysilane.The as-synthesized catalysts are characterized by X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The preparation method of the catalyst,the calcination temperature of the catalyst,and the cracking temperature of the decomposition reaction are explored.The results show that the calcination temperature is 450℃ and the cracking temperature is 210℃ in the preparation of the supported CuO catalyst via the deposition precipitation method.As ethyl [3-(triethoxysilyl) propyl] carbamate is thermally decomposed over the supported CuO catalyst in a fixed bed,the yield of 3-isocyanatepropyl triethoxysilane can reach 98.9% and the selectivity is 99.2%.The catalysts remains basically initial activity after being used for 10 cycles.
