摘要
某造纸企业生产过程中产生高COD、可生物性差的PVA污水。根据该污水中的主要污染物PVA以及淀粉的性质,采用淀粉酶-超滤膜组合工艺处理。处理后,PVA污水浓缩2.4倍,COD从初始的35 129 mg/L浓缩为84 995 mg/L,浓缩液重新配料回用施胶工序或进行固化处理,透过液进入后续的生化处理。
Abstract
A papermaking company generates polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)-containing wastewater in the production,which contains high content of COD and is difficult to biodegrade.According to the properties of the main pollutants PVA and starch in the wastewater,a combination process using amylase and ultrafiltration membrane is employed to treat the wastewater.After treatment,the concentration of PVA in wastewater is concentrated by 2.4 times,COD content is concentrated from the original 35 129 mg·L-1 to 84 995 mg·L-1.The concentrated solution is reused for sizing process or solidified,and the permeating liquid enters the subsequent biochemical treatment.
