摘要
以含介孔ZSM-5分子筛的Al2O3为载体,制备了含介孔ZSM-5分子筛的MoCoP/Al2O3催化剂,采用固定床微反和中试评价装置考察了催化剂的加氢脱硫活性,并通过N2吸附-脱附、吡啶吸附红外、X射线衍射(XRD)、CO原位吸附红外(CO-FTIR)等手段对载体和催化剂进行物化性质分析。结果表明,介孔ZSM-5能够提高催化剂的酸性,增加催化剂上MoCoS活性相的数量。含介孔ZSM-5分子筛的催化剂的酸性位容易被含氮化合物占据而影响HDS活性。采用级配装填技术可以充分发挥C12-ZSM5催化剂的加氢脱硫活性,能够将硫脱除至5.9 ng/μL,其相对脱硫活性是C-Al2O3催化剂的1.47倍。
Abstract
Mesoporous ZSM-5 zeolite-containing MoCoP/Al2O3 catalyst (C12-ZSM5) is synthesized with the mixture of Al2O3 and mesoporous ZSM-5 zeolite as carrier.The catalytic performance of C12-ZSM5 catalyst is evaluated through the hydrodesulfurization (HDS) of different diesel feedstock.The carriers and catalysts are characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,pyridine-FTIR,X-ray diffraction (XRD) and CO in-situ FT-IR (CO-FTIR) techniques.Results show that mesoporous ZSM-5 can improve the acidity of the catalyst and increase the number of MoCoS active phases.The C12-ZSM5 catalyst has low HDS and HDN activity because the acidic sites of mesoporous ZSM-5 zeolite-containing catalyst are easily occupied by nitrogen-containing compounds.HDS activity of C12-ZSM5 catalyst can be fully exploited by using the gradation packing technology,over which the sulfur content in product oil can achieve as low as 5.9 ng·μL-1.The relative HDS activity of C12-ZSM5 catalyst is 1.47 times that of FHUDS-8 catalyst.
