摘要
基于环保、催化裂化(FCC)的地位及轻烯烃的桥梁技术,提出了催化裂化联合装置概念,即包含原料预处理、联合装置核心、燃油脱硫改质及轻烯烃利用等单元规模相匹配的装置群。对480万t/a催化裂化联合装置运行情况进行分析发现,该联合装置运行状况良好,汽、柴油质量均达到国Ⅵ燃油标准,轻烯烃和副产品均可合理利用,其中汽、柴油硫含量在10 μg/g以下,混柴十六烷值达60左右,汽油辛烷值损失为0.45,研究法辛烷值(RON)达93以上,形成一套相匹配的特大型催化裂化联合装置,为催化裂化型炼厂的规划设计提供了参考。
Abstract
Due to increasingly serious pollution,China's environmental protection requirements become strict gradually,so that the use of vehicle fuel standards have been rapidly upgraded in recent years.Fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) units,as the main source of vehicle fuels in China,are facing double challenges due to the heavy and poor quality of raw materials and high requirements for environmental protection.Considering the environmental protection,the important role of FCC and the bridge technology of light olefins,the concept of FCC joint unit is put forward,which includes raw material pretreatment,core of joint unit,desulfurization and modification of fuel oils,and light olefin utilization.It is found through analysis on the operation situation of a certain 4.8 million t/a catalytic cracking joint unit that this unit runs well,the produced gasoline and diesel oil can reach China's national standards,and light olefins and all by-products are utilized properly.Of which,the sulfur contents in gasoline and diesel both are under 10 μg·g-1,cetane number of mixed diesel can reach around 60,octane number of gasoline loses 0.45,and RON of gasoline exceed 93.A set of reasonable allocation of large joint catalytic cracking unit is established,providing a reference for the planning and design of catalytic cracking refinery.
