摘要
将差压热集成技术和热泵精馏技术用于三氯氢硅精馏工段,利用模拟软件Aspen Plus,热力学模型采用NRTL-RK进行优化模拟计算。结果显示,与常规精馏工艺相比,差压热集成工艺可以降低加热能耗47%、冷量消耗45%。热泵精馏工艺可以降低加热能耗50%、冷量能耗50%,增加的压缩机功率为73.5 kW。
Abstract
The differential pressure heat integration technology and the heat pump distillation technology are respectively employed to reduce the energy consumption in the trichlorosilane distillation section.Both two processes with alternative energy-saving technology are optimized and simulated by means of Aspen Plus software and NRTL-RK thermodynamic model.It is found through comparing with conventional distillation process that the differential pressure heat integration technology can reduce the energy consumption in heating by 47% and cut down the consumption of cold energy by 45%;the heat pump distillation technology can decrease the energy consumption in heating by 50%,decrease the consumption of cold energy by 50% and increase the power of the compressor by about 73.5 kW.
