摘要

采用高(中)压加氢处理-加氢补充精制、低压加氢脱酸-糠醛精制-白土补充精制2种不同工艺,以中海油环烷基常二线馏分油为原料制备变压器油,并进行击穿特性与介电特性研究。结果表明,实验室制备的变压器油成品性能满足GB 2536—2011标准要求。在试验测试条件范围内,实验室制备的3种变压器油的雷电冲击击穿性能和介电特性满足相关标准要求,与市售参比变压器油的电气性能相当。

Abstract

The high pressure hydroteating-hydrofinishing process,the medium pressure hydroteating-hydrofinishing process and traditional process (low pressure hydroteating deacidification-furfural refining-clay refining) are respectively employed to prepare transformer oil with atmospheric cut-2 distillate of CNOOC naphthenic base oil as raw material,and the characteristics of breakdown and dielectric properties are also studied.The experimental results show that the performance for production of three kinds of prepared transformer oil by different processes can meet the requirements of China's GB 2536-2011 standard.In the range of test conditions,the breakdown performance and dielectric properties of these three kinds of transformer oil meet the relevant standard requirements,which are comparable with the commercially available transformer oil in electrical property.
