摘要
利用柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备Ru改性的Ni/Ce0.8Pr0.2O2催化剂,并通过乙醇水蒸气重整反应考察了催化剂的活性及稳定性。探究了Ru改性对Ni/Ce0.8Pr0.2O2催化剂催化乙醇水蒸气重整制氢的活性及稳定性的影响。通过X射线衍射、氮气吸附脱附、H2-程序升温还原等手段对催化剂结构及性质进行表征。结果表明,Ru的加入有助于降低NiO的还原温度,NiO与Ru作用紧密,因而Ru具有提高催化剂活性及稳定性的作用。在600℃、水与乙醇摩尔比为4、乙醇气相空速为69 900 mL/gcat·h时,Ru改性的Ni/Ce0.8Pr0.2O2催化剂具有较高的乙醇转化率且能得到较好的甲烷及CO2气相产率。
Abstract
This work studies on Ru modified Ni/Ce0.8Pr0.2O2 catalyst that is prepared by citric acid assisted sol-gel method.The activity and stability of the catalyst are studied and evaluated through ethanol steam reforming reaction.Influences of Ru modification on the activity and stability of the catalyst in catalyzing ethanol steam reforming reaction to make hydrogen is explored.Various techniques including XRD,nitrogen adsorption-desorption,H2-TPR and TEM are employed to characterize the catalyst.Results show that Ru as a promoter can help NiO to drop its reduction temperature,thus increase the activity and stability of the catalyst for ethanol steam reforming.High conversion rate of ethanol over Ru modified Ni/Ce0.8Pr0.2O2 can be obtained under the reaction conditions such as GHSV=69 900 mL/gcat·h,n(H2O)/n(C2H5OH)=4,P=0.1 MPa,T=600℃ and N2=60 mL/min.Additionally,high yields of methane and carbon dioxide can be realized.
