摘要

针对钢铁冶炼行业中烧结烟气的特点及目前工业生产中所面临的困难,采用多层填料错流旋转床为吸收设备,NaOH为吸收剂,开展了超重力因子β、液气比L/G和不同进口SO2浓度对脱硫率η的影响实验研究。结果表明,在β=55、L/G=2.0 L/m3CSO2,in=1 680 mg/m3时,双层进液的脱硫率是单层进液的1.7倍,出口浓度低于35 mg/m3,可实现深度净化。浓度增加到CSO2,in=4 396 mg/m3时,脱硫率仅下降0.75%,说明多层错流床适用的SO2范围较宽。同时,可脱除细颗粒物,低浓度粉尘的出口浓度低于10 mg/m3,实现同时深度脱硫除尘,达到超低排放标准。

Abstract

Given the characteristics of sintering flue gas in the iron and steel smelting industry and some difficulties faced in industrial production,the experimental study on SO2 absorption by NaOH solution in a multi-layer packing cross-flow rotating packed bed is performed and the effects of high gravity factor β,liquid-gas ratio L/G and different input concentrations of SO2 on the removal rate of SO2 are investigated.The results show that the desulfurization rate of the double-layer liquid feed is 1.7-2 times that of the single-layer liquid feed when β=55,L/G=2 L/m3,CSO2,in=1 680 mg·m-3.Under the same conditions,the outlet concentration is below 35 mg·m-3,achieving deep purification.The desulfurization rate decreases by only 0.75% when SO2 input concentration increases to 4 396 mg·m-3,indicating that this multi-layer packing cross-flow rotating packed bed is suitable for a wide range of SO2 input concentrations.Meanwhile,fine particles can be removed by it,and the outlet concentration of low concentration dust is less than 10 mg·m-3,translating that the bed can achieve simultaneous deep desulfurization and dust removal to achieve ultra-low emission standards.
