摘要

亚磷酸二甲酯法生产草甘膦的水解过程中产生大量尾气,为了利用水解尾气携带的热量、降低装置能耗,提出了水解尾气不经过冷凝过程、中和后的气相直接精馏的2种流程。通过PROⅡ模拟软件对传统工艺和改进工艺进行了计算和比较,结果表明,改进工艺的2种流程均可利用水解尾气携带的热量,达到节能降耗的目的;相比而言,先脱重后脱轻的倒序流程能更好地利用水解尾气携带的热量,节能达30%~50%。

Abstract

A large amount of tail gas is generated in the hydrolysis process of glyphosate production through dimethyl phosphate route.In order to cut down the energy consumption of the facility by utilizing the heat carried by the hydrolysis tail gas,this study proposes two modified processes:tail gas does not undergo condensation,and the gas phase after neutralization is distilled directly.By using PROⅡ simulation software,the traditional process and the modified processes are calculated and compared.The results show that both modified processes can utilize the heat carried by hydrolysis tail gas to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.The light reverse sequence can better utilize the heat carried by hydrolysis tail gas,saving energy by 30%-50%.
