摘要

针对油气开采中压裂返排液组成、特性、处理及资源化利用现状,采用预处理复合电催化氧化工艺处理压裂返排液,并利用处理水再配制聚合物压裂液。通过实验研究得到处理返排液优化参数为:阳极为Ti/IrO2-RuO2、阴极为石墨、电解体系反应pH为11.0、电解电压为8.0 V、电解时间为80 min。利用处理水按照要求配制压裂液,并对配得的压裂液按照标准SYT 5107—2005对再配制的压裂液进行性能评价,结果表明,在50℃、170 s-1、120 min情况下,配制的压裂液流变性能良好,粘度保持在113 mPa·s以上,其他性能指标也达到SYT 6376—2008行业标准要求。

Abstract

In view of the composition,characteristics,treatment and resource utilization situation of fracturing flow-back fluids in oil and gas production,the pretreatment combining with electrocatalytic oxidation process is used to treat with fracturing flow-back fluids,and the polymer fracturing fluid is reconfigured with the treated water.After a series of experiments,the best processing parameters for treating fracturing flow-back fluids are obtained as follows:Ti/IrO2-RuO2 plate is used as anode,graphite is used as cathode,electrolysis voltage is set at 8.0 V,reaction pH of the system is 11.0 and reaction time is 80 min.Reconfigured polymer fracturing fluid with the treated water is evaluated according to the standard SYT 5107-2005.It is shown that the reconfigured fracturing fluid has a good rheological properties,with viscosity remaining above 113 mPa·s under the conditions of 50℃,170 s-1 and 120 minutes,and other performance indicators also reaching the requirements of SYT 6376-2008.
