摘要
聚酰亚胺复合材料板(PICB)具有优良的机械性能、介电性能等,是制备天线罩的常用材料,但其热氧稳定性和气密性较差,需要采用耐热涂料进行防护。制备了一种气密、耐温、介电性能优良的有机硅耐热涂料,用于对PICB进行保护;并采用碱溶液处理、涂覆附着力促进剂的方式对PICB进行表面处理以增加附着力。通过划格法测试、水接触角测试、反射红外测试、高低温冲击和湿热试验发现,对PICB进行碱溶液处理并涂覆耐热的附着力促进剂,可有效改善有机硅耐热涂层的附着力,并且经350℃(30 min)热处理之后仍能满足使用要求。
Abstract
Polyimide composites board (PICB) is a commonly used material in making radome because of its excellent mechanical and dielectric properties.PICB's thermal-oxidative stability and air tightness both are poor,requiring protection of heat-resistant coatings.In this study,a kind of heat-resistant silicone coatings with good air-tightness,temperature resistance and dielectric properties is prepared to protect PICB.The surface of PICB is treated with alkali aqueous and/or adhesion promoter,in order to improve the adhesion between silicone coatings and PICB.The adhesion and chemical structures of final product are characterized by scratch test,water contact angle meter,reflection infrared spectrophotometer,high/low temperature cycles test and wet hot test.The results indicate that the adhesion between the coatings and PICB are improved greatly with the treatment of alkali aqueous and then coated with adhesion promoter,and product can still meet the requirement after heated under 350℃ for 30 min.
