摘要
以氧化钙和乙酰丙酮为原料,采用一步异相沉淀转化法成功制备乙酰丙酮钙产品(Ca(acac)2)。利用XRD、IR、ICP和TG对产物进行分析表征,结果表明,产物为纯相无规则颗粒。采用静态热老化实验、刚果红实验对产物进行性能表征,结果表明,在50份PVC中添加2份Ca(acac)2,180℃环境下可以使PVC的热稳定时间达到80 min以上。该生产技术克服了Ca(acac)2传统合成方法产率低、操作过程复杂、污染等缺点,制备的产物Ca(acac)2能够显著延长PVC的热稳定时间,并且收率可达95%以上。
Abstract
Calcium acetylacetonate (Ca(acac)2) is successfully prepared from calcium oxide and acetylacetone by one-step heterogeneous precipitation transformation process,then is analyzed and characterized by XRD,IR,ICP and TG.The characterization results show that the product is of pure phase,irregular particles.The performance of the product is characterized by the static thermal aging test and Congo red experiment.It reveals that the thermal stable time of PVC can exceed 80 min when the ratio of Ca(acac)2 to PVC equals to 2:50 at 180℃.This preparation technology overcomes the disadvantages of traditional synthesis method of Ca(acac)2,such as low yield,complex operation and pollution.The prepared Ca(acac)2 product can prolong significantly the thermal stable time of PVC,and the yield can exceed 95%.
