摘要

采用KOH溶液浸渍法对夹杂碳纤维的煤基电极材料(CBCF)进行活化处理,主要研究了KOH浓度对CBCF结构与性能的影响规律,确定了最佳工艺条件与技术参数。并利用SEM-EDS、FT-IR、N2吸附仪等对煤基极板的形貌特征、表面官能团及孔径结构进行分析表征。研究结果表明,随着KOH浓度的增加,CBCF表面性能、孔结构以及电化学性能均得到了极大的改善。随着KOH浓度的升高,CBCF的循环伏安曲线的面积逐渐增大,而体系的传质阻抗则逐渐减小。以CBCF为主电极,活性炭为粒子电极,采用三维电极体系处理氰化废水,当电压为4 V、时间为5 h、极距为10 mm时,废水中总氰、游离氰去除率达到94%以上。

Abstract

KOH solution impregnation method is used to activate the coal-based carbon fiber-containing (CBCF) electrode material.The effect of KOH concentration on the structure and properties of CBCF is studied mainly and the optimum process conditions and technical parameters are determined.SEM-EDS,FT-IR and N2 adsorption instruments are utilized to analyze and characterize the morphology,surface functional groups and pore size structures of coal-base electrode plates.Study results illustrate that the surface properties,pore structure and electrochemical performance of CBCF are improved greatly with the increase of KOH concentration.With the increase of KOH concentration,the area of cyclic voltammetry curve of CBCF increases gradually while the mass transfer impedance of CBCF decreases gradually.A three-dimensional electrode system with CBCF as main electrode and activated carbon as particle electrode is used to treat with cyanide-containing wastewater.The removal rates of both total cyanide and free cyanide in wastewater exceed 94% when the voltage is 4 V,time is 5 h and the polar distance is 10 mm.
