摘要
以固相法制备钙钛矿型LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3及其复合氧化物LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3·Fe2O3。通过XRD和SEM对其晶型和形貌进行分析;利用TG对甘蔗渣木质素热解过程进行分析;在固定床微反应器中对甘蔗渣木质素进行催化热解性能评价;利用GC-MS对热解得到的液相产物进行分析。结果表明,LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3·Fe2O3催化性能优于LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3,液相收率可达24.5%。液相产物中的主要成分包括苯类、愈创木酚类、酚类、紫丁香酚类、醚类、苯二酚类。失活的LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3·Fe2O3经过氧化再生后仍具有较高结构稳定性和较好的催化活性。经过3次反应-再生循环后,液体产品收率仍可达到17.5%。
Abstract
The perovskite catalysts LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3 and LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3·Fe2O3 are synthesized through using solid state reaction method.Their crystal structure and morphology are characterized by XRD and SEM respectively and the pyrolysis processes of bagasse lignin over them are investigated by TG.The catalytic performances of LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3 and LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3·Fe2O3 in catalytic pyrolysis of bagasse lignin are evaluated in a fixed bed micro-reactor and the gained liquid products are analyzed by means of GC/MS.It is shown that LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3·Fe2O3 can bring about a liquid products yield of 24.5 wt%,exhibits a better catalytic oxidation performance than LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3.The main components in liquid products include benzenes,guaiacols,phenols,lilacs,ethers and hydroquinones.The deactivated catalyst LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3·Fe2O3 can be regenerated by oxidation method and the regenerated one still exhibits high structural stability and better catalytic activity.The liquid product yield can still reach 17.52% over LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3·Fe2O3 that has been regenerated three times.
