摘要

为综合利用炼厂C4资源,探索了某炼厂的C4综合加工方案。采用炼厂混合C4馏分为原料,以该厂生产装置为基础数据,利用Aspen Plus软件对制备MTBE及烷基油的工艺流程进行了模拟。首先采用炼厂混合C4馏分醚化技术使原料中的异丁烯与甲醇反应生产MTBE;其次,以醚后C4为原料生产烷基化油。并对烷基化单元精馏塔的操作参数进行优化,最终得到质量分数高于99.9%的烷基化油产品。

Abstract

In order to make comprehensive use of C4 resources in refinery,the comprehensive processing scheme for C4 hydrocarbons is explored for a certain refinery.The MTBE and alkylation gasoline combining production process is simulated by Aspen Plus software,using mixed C4 fractions in this refinery as raw material and the production facility of this refinery as the basic data.Firstly,the etherification technology is used to make isobutylene in raw materials react with methanol to produce MTBE.Secondly,the alkylate gasoline is produced by using the C4 after etherification reaction in the first section as raw material.The operation parameters of distillation column in alkylation unit are optimized and alkylation gasoline with a purity higher than 99.9 wt% is produced.
