摘要

N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作还原剂和稳定剂,采用回流方法简便合成了非常稳定的荧光银纳米簇(DMF/AgNCs),量子产率为23.5%。通过高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)及荧光光谱(FL)对DMF/AgNCs进行了表征。当加入苦味酸(PA)后,DMF/AgNCs与PA的苯环之间发生电荷转移,从而猝灭DMF/AgNCs的荧光。基于此,建立了一种快速、灵敏检测PA的新方法。在选定的实验条件下,该方法的线性范围为3.3×10-9~4.5×10-8mol/L,检测限为1.0×10-9 mol/L,线性相关系数为0.993 8,对PA的检测具有较高的选择性,可用于环境水样中PA的检测。

Abstract

A highly stable fluorescent Ag nanoclusters (DMF/AgNCs) is prepared simply through reflux method with N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as reducer and stabilizer,and the quantum yield is 23.5%.The prepared DMF/AgNCs samples are characterized by HRTEM and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results indicate that small size AgNCs emits strong blue fluorescence possessing excellent water-solubility and photostability.After the addition of picric acid (PA),the charge transfer happens between the benzene ring of PA and DMF/AgNCs,which enables the fluorescence of DMF/AgNCs be efficiently quenched by PA.Therefore,a new,simple method for rapid and sensitive detection of PA is established.Under the optimized experimental conditions,this method shows a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 3.3×10-9-4.5×10-8 mol·L-1,the detection limit is 1.0×10-9 mol·L-1 and the correlation coefficient R2=0.993 8.This method has good selectivity for the detection of PA,which can be used for the detection of PA in environmental water samples.
