摘要
通过水热合成法合成了铜系金属有机框架(Cu-MOF),并且通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、红外(IR)对其进行了结构表征。将其用作芴液相氧化制取芴酮的催化剂,考察了反应条件(温度、溶剂、催化剂质量、反应时间)对其催化性能的影响。结果表明,以叔丁基过氧化氢(TBHP)为绿色氧化剂,在Cu-MOF催化剂质量为100 mg、乙腈为溶剂、反应温度为40℃、反应时间为24 h的条件下,芴可转化为相应的芴酮,转化率和选择性分别达到85.56%、65.32%。
Abstract
Cu-based metal organic framework (Cu-MOF) is synthesized through hydrothermal synthesis method and is characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and IR.It is used as a heterogeneous catalyst to catalyze the liquid phase oxidation of fluorene to make fluorenone under different conditions such as temperature,solvent,mass fraction of catalyst and reaction time.The result shows that the conversion and selectivity can reach 85.56% and 65.32%,respectively when hydrogen peroxide (TBHP) is used as oxidant,the dosage of Cu-MOF catalyst is 100 mg,acetonitrile is used as solvent,the reaction temperature is 40℃ and the reaction time lasts for 24 h.
