摘要

基于废酸高温裂解技术处理废硫酸及含硫化氢酸性气,提出了2种工艺方案,结果表明,方案二在节能降耗、环保、装置稳定运行方面更具优势。

Abstract

Waste sulfuric acid and H2S-containing acid gas are common waste liquid and waste gas in the petrochemical industry.Based on the treatment of waste sulfuric acid and H2S-containing acid gas on the basis of high temperature cracking technology, two process schemes are proposed and discussed.It is shown that the second schemes has more advantages in energy saving, environmental protection and stable operation.
