产水气井高效廉价排水采气技术的研究与应用

摘要

为解决苏里格气田不断出现的井筒积液难题,根据其气藏特点,研制出一种新的高效廉价泡排剂配方体系KPJ-15。测试结果表明,在煤油质量分数为0~15%、矿化度为30 000 mg/L的条件下,KPJ-15体系的起始发泡量、析液半衰期以及携液量均高于现场用泡排剂。泡排现场试验结果表明,KPJ-15泡排剂体系具有较好的排液和增产效果。

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of wellbore liquid accumulation in Sulige gas field, a new, efficient and cheap foam draining agent KPJ-15 is prepared according to the characteristics of gas reservoir.The test results reveal that initial foaming volume, half-life of drainage and liquid-carrying amount of KPJ-15 are far higher than those of present foam draining agents under conditions that the concentration of kerosene is in the range of 0%-15% and the salinity is 30 000 mg·L-1.Preliminary spot tests verify that foam draining agent KPJ-15 achieves good results of drainage effect and can increase gas production.
