摘要

结合某炼厂具体情况,进行了不同VOCs模拟气在FCC中试装置再生器的燃烧试验,结果表明,在符合工业FCC装置工况条件下,不同种类高浓度VOCs模拟气进入FCC中试装置再生器燃烧后,再生烟气中NMHC浓度为1~41 mg/m3,均可满足当地VOCs排放浓度不大于70 mg/m3的标准。

Abstract

In combination with the specific situation of a certain refinery,the combustion trials of different VOCs simulation gas are performed in an FCC pilot regenerator.The results show that NMHC concentration in regenerated flue gas can reach in the range of 1-41 mg/m3 after combustion of different kinds of high concentration VOCs simulation gas in an FCC pilot regenerator under the conditions that meet working conditions of commercial FCC unit,which can meet local VOCs emission concentration standard of no more than 70 mg/m3.
