摘要

塔里木油田轮南轻烃深度回收装置在低温分离器设置方面需要满足高压低温的气液分离工况要求,彻底分离粒径10 μm以上的液滴,保护膨胀机的安全运行,同时兼顾装置撬装化、模块化设计理念。通过各种分离设备选型比较,采用组合式高效气液分离器,兼具多种分离机理的优点,分离效果好,适应性强,在直径、长度2方面有绝对优势,便于装置模块化、撬装化设计、安装。后期运行效果表明,能够达到分离要求,处理操作弹性大,即使在装置以5%负荷开车预冷阶段也能达到相关要求。

Abstract

Setting of the low temperature separator of the light hydrocarbon deep recovery unit in Lunnan of Tarim Oilfield is required to meet the requirements of high pressure and low temperature gas liquid separation conditions and separate completely the droplets with particle size more than 10 microns in order to protect the safe operation of the expander.Meanwhile,it is asked to consider the unit prizing and modular design concept.Through comparing and screening various separation facilities,a combined type high efficient gas-liquid separator is selected.It collects advantages of many separation mechanisms and exhibits good separation effect and strong adaptability.In particular,it possesses absolute advantage in diameter and length both,which makes it be modularized easily and be prized conveniently in design and installation.The following operation results show that it can meet the separation requirement and its operation is very flexible.It can meet the relevant requirements even when the unit is in the precooling stage under 5% load.
