摘要

以离子液体1,3-二甲基咪唑硫酸甲酯盐([DMIM]MS)为萃取剂制备无水乙醇。基于Aspen Plus流程模拟对该过程进行了模拟,优化了各项工艺参数。在最佳工艺参数下模拟,产品乙醇的质量分数为99.84%,水的质量分数为99.37%。说明以[DMIM]MS为萃取剂萃取精馏制备无水乙醇具有工业应用前景。

Abstract

Anhydrous ethanol is prepared by using ionic liquid 1,3-dimethylimidazolium methylsulfate ([DMIM]MS) as solvent,which is simulated by Aspen Plus process simulation software and the concerning process parameters are optimized.The mass fraction of ethanol and water can reach 99.84% and 99.37%,respectively when it is simulated under optimal process parameters.The conclusion is that the preparation of anhydrous ethanol by extractive distillation process with[DMIM]MS as the solvent has a potential industrial application prospect.
