摘要
运用Aspen Plus软件建立石油焦气化制氢反应模型,探讨不同反应条件,包括气化温度、气化压力,蒸汽与石油焦质量比以及CaO、MgO质量流量对有效气体体积分数的影响。结果表明,未加入添加剂条件下,高温低压和增加水蒸汽的质量流量有利于氢气的产生;添加CaO可大幅度提高氢气产率,温度和压力对石油焦-CaO气化制氢也有影响,石油焦-CaO制氢较适宜反应条件为:600~650℃,H2O/PC=10,CaO/PC=3,0.1 MPa。而MgO对石油焦气化制氢几乎没有影响。
Abstract
The model for hydrogen production from gasification of petroleum coke (PC) is established by means of Aspen Plus software.The impacts of various reaction conditions including gasification temperature,gasification pressure,mass ratio of steam to petroleum coke and mass flow rate of CaO and MgO additives on effective gas volume fraction are explored.The results show that the high temperature,low pressure and the increase of mass flow rate of steam are favorable for the generation of hydrogen.The addition of CaO can improve greatly the yield of hydrogen.The temperature and pressure have the influences on the catalytic hydrogen production of petroleum coke-CaO gasification.The more suitable reaction conditions for hydrogen production via petroleum coke-CaO gasification are as follows:600-650℃,steam/PC=10,CaO/PC=3 and 0.1 MPa.MgO has hardly impact on hydrogen production from petroleum coke gasification.
