摘要

结合神华包头煤化工有限责任公司GE水煤浆气化炉的实际生产运行情况,就洗涤塔排水管线堵塞磨损、激冷水泵磨损、向气化后系统带水带灰等方面介绍了粗煤气洗涤效果不佳带来的问题,说明了煤气除尘优化的必要性,并设计了一款旋风分离器,改变并优化了原有的粗煤气净化流程,在现有的工况下,计算旋风分离器的各项参数,经验证可以满足目前的生产需要。

Abstract

Based on the practical production and operation conditions of GE coal-water slurry gasifier in Shenhua Baotou Coal Chemicals Co.,Ltd.,the problems caused by bad washing efficiency of crude coal gas are introduced from the aspects that the drainage pipelines in the washing tower are clogged and worn,the chilled water pump is worn,and water and ash are carried into the post gasification system.The necessity to optimize the gas dedusting is explained clearly and a cyclone separator is hence designed to change and optimize the original crude gas purification process.All parameters of the cyclone separator are worked out under the existing conditions and can meet the current production needs after practical verification.
