摘要
对苯乙烯装置聚合物出现前后的工艺运行情况、设备状况进行对比以及聚合物结构进行解析,分析聚合的种类为二乙烯基苯类聚合物;研究了生成二乙烯基苯类聚合物的聚合机理,并通过对聚合物样品进行红外、气相色谱、质谱、热重分析等验证了上述结论。提出通过建立脱氢液(DM)的二乙烯基苯(DVB)含量分析方法,并彻底排查原料、持续跟踪以及在催化剂末期调整脱氢反应器工艺条件等措施,解决了二乙烯基苯聚合的难题。
Abstract
The process operation performances and equipment conditions before and after the emergence of polymers in styrene plant are compared and the structure of polymers is analyzed.It is found that the polymers are polymerized from divinyl benzene (DVB).The polymerization mechanism to generate DVB polymers is studied.The polymers samples are analyzed and verified by means of IR,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,thermogravimetric analysis etc.It is proposed that the problem of DVB polymerization can be solved by establishing a DVB content analysis method for dehydrogenation liquid DM and taking measures such as thoroughly checking EB feed,continuously tracking conditions of dehydrogenation reactor and adjusting at the end of catalyst the technological conditions of dehydrogenation reactor.
