摘要
为了解决普通抗菌剂在聚酯纤维中分散性差、抗菌率低、耐水性差等问题,利用高效易分散粉末橡胶复合抗菌剂制备了聚酯纤维用抗菌母粒,并利用熔融纺丝方法纺制了抗菌聚酯纤维;考察了抗菌剂对抗菌聚酯纤维力学性能的影响,抗菌聚酯纤维在洗涤30次后,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率>99.9%,具有优良的抗菌性能和耐洗涤性。
Abstract
Ordinary antibacterial agents in polyester fibers often suffer problems of poor dispersion,low antibacterial rate and poor water resistance.To solve these problems,antibacterial masterbatch for polyester fibers is prepared by using high efficiency,easily dispersed powder rubber composite antibacterial agent.The antibacterial polyester fiber is produced by melt spinning method.The effects of antibacterial agent on the mechanical properties of antibacterial polyester fiber are studied.After being washed for 30 times,antibacterial polyester fiber still exhibits more than 99.9% of antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus.The antibacterial polyester fiber has excellent antibacterial properties and resistance to washing.
