摘要
介绍了一种基于多孔陶瓷材料的泡沫碳化硅规整填料,该种填料具有高比表面、低压降、高效的优点。以泡沫碳化硅规整填料SCFSP-500X替代金属丝网规整填料BX-500,用于PTA生产过程甲醇回收塔中,用于甲醇精馏回收,并进行了连续运行。结果表明,更换泡沫碳化硅规整填料后,处理量基本相同时塔压明显降低,产品质量分数提高2.7%,并可较为明显地降低单产能耗。
Abstract
This paper introduces a new kind of silicon carbide foam structured packing (SCFSP) which is based on porous ceramic materials.SCFSP has advantages of higher surface area,lower pressure drop,and high mass transfer efficiency.The SCFSP-500X instead of BX-500 is used to distillate and recover methanol in methanol recovery tower in the production of pure terephthalic acid (PTA),in which the continuous operation is performed.The result indicates that under the same loading,SCFSP can decrease lower pressure drop for the tower,help to increase the product concentration by 2.7% and reduce unit energy consumption.
