摘要
以分离乙醇-正丙醇-正丁醇为研究物系,对热模隔板塔进行结构优化设计、经济分析以及节能分析。同时选取液相分配比和塔顶、侧线、塔釜的采出作为操作变量,设计了一种有效的控制策略,并对各个控制回路的PID参数进行整定。通过Aspen Dynamic平台进行大量的仿真实验研究,验证了所设计的控制结构以及控制器的可靠性,能够有效地抑制进料流量和组成紊乱的干扰,实现最佳的分离效果。
Abstract
Taking the mixtures of ethanol,n-propanol and n-butanol as study object,the structure of the hot modelled dividing wall column is designed and optimized.The economic analysis and energy saving analysis are performed for the column.An effective control strategy is designed to control DWC with selecting liquid phase split ratio,column top stream,side stream and bottom stream as manipulated variables.The PID parameters for each individual control loop are designed and confirmed.The reliability of designed control strategy and controller are verified by a lot of simulation experiments through Aspen Dynamic platform.The designed control strategy and controller can effectively inhibit the interference of feed flow and composition disturbance,therefore achieving the best separation effect.
