摘要
利用已有化工装置废氨水作为还原剂,选用N-847型催化剂,采用选择性催化还原(SCR)技术对硝酸尾气进行脱硝综合治理。通过对硝酸装置进行改造有效地减少了NOx的排放,转化率高达90%以上,达到了环保、节能减排的效果。
Abstract
This paper focuses on the application of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology and the technical innovation of nitric acid fabrication facility.By using the waste ammonia solution in existing chemical facility as reduction agent and adopting N-847 as catalyst,the nitric acid tail gas is comprehensively treated by SCR technology.Through the renovation on the nitric acid production facility of Anhui Huainan Chemical Group,the NOx emissions decrease effectively by 90% above,which conforms to the standards of national environmental protection and achieves the targets of energy conservation and emissions reduction.
