根据"EPC+施工机组"管理模式，依托陕京四线输气管道线路工程第一标段施工项目，研究了"EPC+施工机组"在施工管理阶段的应用情况，分析管理优势，提出改进建议，得出了"EPC+施工机组"项目管理模式在提高施工过程精细化管理水平的同时，降低项目成本，实现了项目管理效率和效益的双提升。

According to "EPC+construction unit" management mode,the application status of "EPC + construction unit" in the stage of construction management are studied based on the first section construction project of Shaanxi-Beijing No.4 gas transfer pipeline engineering.The management advantages are analyzed and the improvement suggestions are put forward.It is concluded that the "EPC+construction unit" project management mode can improve the fine management level in construction process while can reduce the project cost.It achieves the increase of both project management efficiency and economic benefits.
