摘要
合成了一种新的聚集诱导发光物质,将其负载于氧化石墨烯上制备成新型荧光探针对肝素进行检测。通过改进的维蒂希反应(Wittig reaction)合成3种二苯乙烯类化合物,分别为含有羟基、卤素基团(溴)烷基链和氨基正离子侧链的有机物,并进行核磁表征,结果表明,经过提纯后均得到了纯净的产品。通过荧光发射光谱进行表征,确定了这3种化合物的聚集诱导发光特性。将其中含有氨基正离子侧链的化合物负载于氧化石墨烯,利用这种荧光探针对肝素进行检测。结果表明,氧化石墨烯具有荧光淬灭作用,与带有正电荷的聚集诱导发光物质通过静电作用复合,使其表面修饰正电,荧光淬灭。当加入肝素钠后,由于肝素钠电负性更强,使得两者脱离,荧光显著增强,从而可通过此方法对肝素进行检测。
Abstract
A new aggregation induced emission (AIE) material is synthesized and then is supported on graphene oxide to form a new type fluorescence probe that is used for the detection of heparin.Three kinds of 1,2-diphenylethene compounds are synthesized through the modified Wittig reaction,which include organics with hydroxyl group,halogen group (bromine) alkyl chain and amino cation side chain,respectively.They are measured by NMR spectrum.The results show that the pure products are obtained after purification.Through fluorescence emission spectrum characterization,these three compounds are confirmed to have the properties of AIE.The 1,2-diphenylethene compound with amino cation side chain is supported on graphene oxide to form a fluorescent probe that is used to detect heparin.The detection results show that graphene oxide has the ability to quench fluorescence.Graphene oxide can interact with the AIE substances with positive charge through electrostatic interactions,therefore the fluorescence is quenched.When heparin sodium that has stronger negative charges is added,the AIE substances escape from graphene oxide,which results in fluorescence enhancement.This method is efficient for the detection of heparin.
