摘要
首次提出醋酸仲丁酯水解制备仲丁醇的催化精馏新工艺。采用化工模拟软件Aspen Plus对醋酸仲丁酯水解的催化精馏工艺进行模拟计算,并考察了理论板数等条件对醋酸仲丁酯转化率以及产品质量分数的影响,得到反应流程的优化结果,精馏段、反应段、提馏段理论板数分别为14、21、2,进料水酯摩尔比为6:1。醋酸仲丁酯的转化率达到96.87%,塔顶仲丁醇质量分数为71.85%,精制后得到质量分数为99.00%的仲丁醇产品,醋酸和水的含量均达到工业标准。
Abstract
A new catalytic distillation process for the production of sec-butyl alcohol through hydrolysis of sec-butyl acetate is proposed for the first time.The Aspen Plus software is used to simulate the catalytic distillation process of sec-butyl acetate hydrolysis.The influences of conditions such as the number of theoretical plates on the conversion rate of sec-butyl acetate and the mass purity of product are investigated.The optimization results for reaction process are obtained as follows:the numbers of theoretical plates in the distillation,reaction and stripping sections are 14,21 and 2 respectively;the molar ratio of water to sec-butyl acetate in feedstock is 6:1.Under the optimal conditions,the conversion of sec-butyl acetate reaches 96.87%,the mass fraction of sec-butyl alcohol from the top of column reaches 71.85%.The mass fraction of sec-butyl alcohol product reaches 99.00% after further fabrication.The contents of acetic acid and water in the product both meet the industrial standard.
