摘要

为防止粉煤气化炉水冷壁烧损选用合适煤质,在大规模工业运行的GSP气化装置上提供不同煤质获得水冷壁运行结果。对不同煤质工业分析、煤灰组成、熔融性及煤灰黏温特性等进行了研究。结果表明,当灰分控制在12%~20%、水分在4%~6%、灰熔点不低于1 151℃、流动温度和软化温度差值不低于32℃、黏度25 Pa·s对应温度1 400℃时,可防止水冷壁烧损。

Abstract

In order to choose appropriate coal to prevent the water-cooled wall in coal gasifier from burnout,different types of coal are fed to the lager-scale commercially operated GSP gasifier for gaining the operation results of water-cooled wall.Proximate analysis for various types of coal is carried out,and the chemical composition,fusibility and viscosity-temperature characters of the coal ash generated by corresponding coal type are investigated.The results show that the water-cooled wall can be prevented from burnout when the coal used has the following conditions:ash content in the range of 12%-20%,the moisture content in the range of 4%-6%,the fusion temperature point not less than 1 151℃,the temperature difference between flow temperature and softening temperature not less than 32℃,the viscosity at 25 Pa·s at 1 400℃.
