摘要
采用前期控制性浸出废FCC催化剂复活结构研究中的工艺条件及参数,所制备的复活催化剂中Ni的质量分数为2 800 μg/g,V为1 000 μg/g,Fe为1 600 μg/g;金属Ni的脱出率为37.8%,V为72.2%;Fe为87.1%。复活催化剂的比表面积、微孔、介孔体积提高了1倍左右,接近新鲜催化剂的比表面积和孔体积。复活催化剂的催化性能在重油微反装置上进行了测试,与废催化剂比较微反活性提高了6.46%,轻油的收率提高了13.93%,重油降低了5.55%,产品分布良好。不足之处是焦炭量略有升高。
Abstract
The structures of the regenerated exhaust FCC catalyst are controlled through optimizing the technological conditions and parameters.The mass content of Ni,V and Fe in the regenerated catalyst is 2 800,1 000 and 1 600 ppm,respectively.And the extraction efficiency of Ni,V and Fe from exhaust FCC catalyst is 37.8%,72.2%,and 87.1%,respectively.The specific surface area,micropore and mesopore volume of the regenerated catalyst all increase by around 1 times than exhaust one,which is close to that of fresh catalyst.The catalytic performance of the regenerated catalyst is evaluated over the heavy oil micro-reactor,and the results show that its micro reactive activity increases 6.46% than that before regeneration,the yield of light oil increases by 13.93%,the yield of heavy oil decreases by 5.55%.The product composition distributes well.The shortage is that the yield amount of coke increases.
