摘要

在油胺溶剂中利用溶剂热法于60℃加热反应6 h,合成了ZnS量子点,并用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)对合成的ZnS量子点进行功能化修饰,并以功能化后的量子点为荧光探针测Cd2+离子。考察了pH对体系荧光强度的影响。pH为7.4时,在3.0×10-6~1.0×10-5 mol/L范围内,线性方程为F0/F=0.792+0.06ρCd2+,检出限为4.7×10-7 mol/L,相关系数R=0.989 4,RSD=0.024(n=8)。并用于检测实验室废水中Cd2+离子的浓度。

Abstract

The ZnS quantum dots are synthesized by using solvothermal method in oil amine solvent at 160℃ for 6 h. The obtained ZnS quantum dots are functionalized through being modified by tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS). The functionalized quantum dots are used as fluorescence probes for the determination of Cd2+ ions. The influence of pH value on the fluorescence intensity in the system is investigated. When pH is 7.4, the linear equation is F0/F=0.792+0.06ρCd2+ in the range of 3.0×10-6 mol·L-1-1.0×10-5 mol·L-1, the detection limit is 4.7×10-7 mol·L-1, the correlation coefficient is 0.989 4 and RSD is 0.024 (n=8). The functionalized quantum dots are also used to detect the concentration of Cd2+ ions in laboratory wastewater.
