摘要
针对以酚类、氨氮为主要污染物的鲁奇炉气化废水,研究厌氧-好氧组合工艺去除废水污染物的效果,借助气相色谱质谱分析有机污染物变化规律。实验结果表明,厌氧24 h+好氧48 h组合工艺的COD、总酚、挥发酚、氨氮平均去除率分别是66%、75%、97%和78%,具有良好的污染物去除效果。大部分酚类、羧酸类和酮类化合物被降解,残留的难生物降解有机物主要是杂环类、多环类、长链烷烃类化合物。厌氧-好氧组合工艺充分发挥了不同微生物去除污染物的优势特点,形成了协同效应。
Abstract
Phenols and ammonia nitrogen are the main pollutants in wastewater from Lurgi coal gasification furnace.Pollutants removal efficiency of such wastewater by anaerobic-aerobic integrated process is studied and the change rule of organic pollutants is analyzed by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry.The experimental results show that after the integration treatment of anaerobic HRT 24 h+aerobic HRT 48 h,the average removal rate of COD,total phenols,volatile phenols and ammonia nitrogen is 66%,75%,97% and 78% respectively,indicating a good pollutants removal efficiency.Most of phenols,carboxylic acids and ketones are degraded,and the remaining refractory organic substances include mainly heterocyclic,polycyclic and long chain alkane compounds.The advantages of different microorganism in removing pollutants are fully played by anaerobic-aerobic integrated process,which forms a synergistic effect.
