Abstract: ZSM-5,ZSM-22,SAPO-11,and β zeolites are respectively added in Ni/W-USY/Al2O3 catalysts to investigate the effects of the zeolites on the performance of the catalysts in hydrocracking of Fischer Tropsch wax.The result indicates that the zeolites can change the acidity and pore properties of the catalysts,which has an important impact on the temperature window of hydrocracking reaction and the conversion of heavy wax.SAPO-11 and ZSM-22 zeolites,both with one-dimensional straight channel structure,can effectively inhibit the over cracking of light hydrocarbons,reduce the selectivity of dry gas and liquefied gas,and show an excellent reaction performance in conversion of heavy Fischer Tropsch wax and light fuel oil selectivity.Compared with SAPO-11 zeolite,ZSM-22 zeolite shows better inhibition to over cracking at a high conversion of heavy Fischer Tropsch wax.
