摘要 以南京江北新材料科技园为背景,针对危化品运输车辆进出以及其安全管理的特殊性,基于物联网技术,从人、车、货协同管控角度开发危险货物管控一体化平台,深度挖掘管控抓手,加强源头隐患排查,严格落实安全生产责任制,有效防范重特大事故,切实保障生命和财产安全,从而打破行业监管瓶颈,实施精准化管控,有效解决管理痛点。

Abstract: Taking Nanjing Jiangbei New Material Technology Park as the background and based on the Internet of things technology, in view of the particularity of dangerous chemicals transport vehicles and their safety management, an integrated platform for the management and control of dangerous cargos is developed from the perspective of synergistic control of personnel, vehicle and cargo.The key points for management and control are found deeply, hidden dangers is investigated at the source, and the safety production responsibility system is implemented strictly in order to effectively prevent from major accidents and effectively protect the safety of life and property.The industry regulatory barriers can be therefore broken through, precise management and control are expected to be realized, and key management problems can be effectively solved.
