Abstract: Based on the analysis on the traffic characteristics of chemical industrial park and started from the perspectives of transit bypass, access balance, and inner regulation, the measurements such as external bypass for transit passage, setting up bayonet, connecting parking lots and hazardous chemicals vehicle lanes are implemented to realize the guidance and control of vehicles and staff.Taking Nanjing Jiangbei New Material Technology Park as an example, the targeted improvement program is proposed, aiming to provide some theoretical basis and experience references for the optimization of traffic system in closed management area of other chemical industrial parks in the world.
