Abstract: In order to ensure the safety of industrial parks and promote industrial development, chemical industrial parks in China are performing the construction of closed management.Taking Nanjing Jiangbei New Material Technology Park as an example, by analyzing the objectives and ideas of closed management, the management scheme is designed finely from the top-level planning of closed management under the guidance of whole life cycle concept.High-level safety construction, and intelligent operation and maintenance are implemented for the closed management of chemical industrial park, and system feedback and improvement are always performed.A scientific, reasonable, efficient and accurate closed management scheme for chemical industry park is proposed, aiming to provide a valuable reference for the closed management of other chemical industry parks in China.
